2024 saw another successful Games in Glenfinnan. The weather was mixed, but did not spoil the proceedings. As well as the main events, the Games hosted stalls manned by Clan Donald, The Royal Oak Society, Clan Cameron, Restored Vintage Cars, Glenfinnan Community Council Tea-tent as well as local crafts, and goods for sale.

Piping

The Cameron-Head Scholarship was won by Maggie McConnochie Jacob Dicker and Scott MacLean took first places in the Open Piobaireachd, Open Marches and the Open Strathspey and Reel

The Local (17 and under) Marches and Strathspey and Reel were won by Alistair MacKay

 

Dancing

The MacKellaig Cup (Adult Open) – Rachael Walker

The Mairi Rae Quaich (Adults Swords) – Rachael Walker

The Glenfinnan House Junior (Open) – Eilidh Smith

The MacGuire Cup (Open 8-11) – Isla Campbell

The Peto Cup for the Caber was won jointly by David Hart and Duncan Petrie

The MacLeod Cup (22lb Hammer) – David Hart

The MacMillan Cup for Athletics- Rosie Knox

The Jackman Trophy for Junior Athletics- Ross McBain

The Conaglen Trophy for Tug o’ war- Rosie Knox (Roshven Ladies)

The Lang Trophy for Heavy Events- David Hart

The Hill Race Trophy- Keir Robinson
